Refund Policy

Refunds of deposits are given if trip is canceled more than 30 days before the date of trip.

Refunds of deposits on trips canceled more than 30 days before the date of the trip will have a 3% charge for processing.

​

Trips canceled within 30 days of the trip date, will NOT have deposits refunded.

Under special circumstances and or trip being rescheduled within 30 days of trip, the deposit may be refunded, if you have special circumstances or want to reschedule your trip, contact us as soon as possible at beardbrosff@gmail.com and we will do what we can to accommodate.
